A special thank you to Jen Horner, DOH Special Needs Consultant; Ryan Simpson and Bryan O'Toole from the Putnam County Emergency Management; and Dr. Tony Delisle and Kevin Towles from the Center for Independent Living for sharing their knowledge with us.
