Putnam County Breathes a little easier

Palatka, Fla. - A nice deep breath and special Thank You to Jennifer Ramos-Gagne, Tobacco Program Manager. The beginning of changing behaviors related to tobacco is critical in Putnam, where one of every two youth reported exposure to secondhand smoke and vaping.

DOH-Putnam's Tobacco program sponsored the 2019 Heart Healthy 5K and the St. Johns River Bartram Frolic as the 1st 100% Tobacco Free Event in Putnam County (including the use of electronic nicotine devices). What an amazing accomplishment in protecting our community.
