DOH - Putnam - Bread of Life

Palatka, Fla. - The Bread of Life mission is to serve the homeless by providing meals and a warm smile no matter the circumstances. This week, DOH-Putnam DSME team members Carol Kazounis, Director of Community Health Programs and Rebecca Eckstein, Health Educator stepped in to give approximately 25 regular diabetic screenings and nutrition advice.
