Palatka, Fla. - DOH-Putnam team held a chilling Chili Lunch Buffet on Halloween. Bubbling cauldrons of hot chili accompanied by desserts made the perfect Halloween get together. Kudos to Mona Crews, Business Manager, for an innovative way to entertain hungry ghouls.
