DOH-Putnam has the Blues for Diabetes Awareness

Palatka, Fla. - Bringing awareness and commemorating all that battle, the DOH-Putnam team showed support by donning our blues. Diabetes is a growing concern in Putnam County and touches the lives of many team members and citizens.
The Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) program is trailblazing with efforts in teaching individuals to cope with Diabetes in addition to improve their health while also preventing complications associated with the disease.
