DOH - Putnam - May all your Sweaters be Ugly and Bright

Palatka, Fla. - Saturday December 14th at Ravine Gardens State Park, DOH-Putnam Carol Kazounis, Director of Community Health Programs and community partners, gathered to promote better health and wellness in Putnam County.
Preventative screenings and professional counseling encourage lifestyle changes resulting in a healthier and happier individual. The free assessments including BP checks, BMI measurements and diabetes screenings were offered in conjunction with a 1.8-mile ugly sweater walk in celebration of the holiday season.
