Palatka, Fla. - DOH-Putnam was greeted with an extraordinary surprise. The Kelley Smith Elementary School posted a sign on campus in appreciation for DOH-Putnam's leadership during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We are Better Together in protecting, promoting and improving the health of all Putnam County through commUNITY efforts. In addition, they posted signs at the Putnam County EOC; Fire and Rescue; and First Responder sites across the City of Palatka.
