Upcoming Walk-Up Vaccination Clinics: No Appointment Needed

Palatka, Fla. The Florida Department of Health in Putnam County (DOH-Putnam) is offering free walk-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics. These clinics do not require appointments.

The times and locations include:

  • Every Tuesday-Thursday from 10-2 pm
    1101 Husson Ave., Palatka
    Moderna Vaccine is available for those 18+

  • June 4 from 12- 5 pm
    The Melrose Center (307 State Road 26 Melrose)
    Pfizer Vaccine is available for those 12+

  • June 5 from 10 -5 pm
    Crescent City High School (2201 US-17, Crescent City)
    Pfizer Vaccine is available for those 12+

  • June 5 from 10 -5 pm
    Palatka High School (302 Mellon Rd, Palatka)
    Pfizer Vaccine is available for those 12+

  • June 5 from 10 -5 pm
    Interlachen High School (126 County Rd 315, Interlachen)
    Pfizer Vaccine is available for those 12+

For residents who are under 18 years old, DOH-Putnam is offering only the Pfizer vaccine. For all individuals under 18, a parent/guardian must be present at the time of vaccination and sign the COVID-19 vaccine consent form.

To expedite visits, participants should download and fill out the appropriate consent form and bring it with them to this event. For those who are unable to download this form and print it out, forms will be available at the event. Read and review the appropriate Fact Sheet and Notice of Privacy Practices.
