Palatka, Fla. - In recognition of American Heart Month, the Ravine Gardens State Park held a community walk and invited wellness providers to share information with over 80 attendees.

Carol Kazounis, DOH-Putnam Public Health Nutritionist provided health assessments, including blood pressure checks, body fat analysis, BMI determination and diabetes screening.
