DOH-Putnam Participates in County Fair

DOH-Putnam Clinic; Violence Intervention Prevention Program; DSME/HHP/DAPP and HIV team members were in attendance to educate Putnam County residents on the programs available at the health department.

Palatka, Fla. - Jennifer Ramos Gagne', Tobacco program manager and The SWAT program were a major sponsor of the Putnam County Fair. DOH-Putnam team members and SWAT youth manned the SWAT trailer educating the public on smoking cessation and resources available from Tobacco Free Florida's Quit Your Way Program.
