Palatka, Fla. - DOH-Putnam Healthy Families (HF) met with representatives from Tender Care Medical Services (TCMS) to learn about the services, they will be providing at their new Putnam County facility.

The organization will offer a day treatment program for ages ranging from birth to 21 years that includes skilled nursing care, skilled therapies, specialty consultants, and developmental stimulation for medically complex children up to twelve (12) hours per day. Transportation to the daytime program and for doctor appointments will be available to clients. We are excited to have these services available to the residents of Putnam County who have children with special needs.
