Putnam Volunteers Feeding the Need

Palatka, Fla. - DOH-Putnam SWAT Team members volunteered at the local Farm Share food distribution event at St. Monica's Church and helped distribute food to over 100 residents.

Jennifer Ramos Gagne, Tobacco Program Manager, Catherine Crinnion, SWAT Coordinator, and with SWAT Youth: Mackenzie Donnelly, Isreal Hart, Amaris Mack, and Ciara Roempler assisted with the food distribution and aided people by carrying heavier boxes to their cars. SWAT Youth also passed out information about tobacco cessation, diabetes, and heart health programs offered through DOH-Putnam.
