Palatka, Fla. - Carol Kazounis, Director of Community Health Programs attend the American Association of Diabetes Educators Annual Conference 2019 in Houston. The conference is designed for Diabetes educators and program directors, with a goal of improving skill levels and education for both.
We are excited for Carol to implement some of the strategies learned in her training with our newly accredited DOH-Putnam DSME program to improve the health of Putnam county residents.
