DOH-Putnam - Putnam Making QI Fun

Palatka, Fla. - The last group of DOH-Putnam team members participated in a "Plan Do Check Act" training as part of their Quality Improvement initiative. Mike Gilmer, DOH-Marion guided participants through the exercise where they learned how to utilize the PDCA cycle for process control and continuous improvement in their everyday processes.
The department has successfully trained of 87 team members in this project planning tool that will assist them in a new or improved design of a process, product or service.
