Palatka, Fla. - October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In efforts to raise awareness, DOH-Putnam is going "Pink" in memory of one of our team member's mother who lost the battle to Breast Cancer.

"Pink Out Putnam" is an organization actively raising funds and awareness for early cancer detection. All donations go the Putnam First Cancer Fund. This year "Pink Out Putnam" flocked our yard with signs and a herd of pink flamingos. In addition, Ms. Brenda Boynton pinked out our waiting room. We hope POP starts a trend of to bring awareness across the state.
