Palatka, Fla. - Thank you to all the team members who helped plan, put together and participated in our 5th Annual Heart Healthy 5K and St. Johns River Bartram Frolic.
Without your diligence, hard work, and several late nights/early mornings, we would not have been able to put it all together. Thanks to everyone's efforts, we launched a major community service project: "Putnam Counties 1st Ever Tobacco Free Event." Your hard work has been noticed, and I, along with the 5K planning team, would like to express our deepest gratitude to each of you.
