DOH-Putnam Medical Director volunteers for State PAL Tournament

Palatka, Fla. - Over the weekend, Dr. Ahmad, Medical Director, volunteered as the on-site doctor for State Police Athletic League (PAL) boxing tournament held at the St. Johns River State College. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office PAL leadership and volunteers hosted an amazing event for the second year in a row.
Local boxers took advantage of competing at home and two won championships in the youth novice division. Florida PAL organizations traveled as far away as Key West to participate.
