Palatka, Fla. - DCarol Kazounis, Director of Community Health Programs and Rebecca Eckstein, Health Educator, met with Putnam PAL Youth to demonstrate the amount of sugar in consumables popular among kids i.e. soda pop, candy, potato chips; and how it affects the body.

The emphasis is on healthy nutrition and heart health. The 12 Junior boxers were curious and receptive to the importance of healthy eating habits and how their training go hand in hand.
