Palatka, Fla. - DOH-Putnam hosted multiple "Through With Chew" activities at local middle and high schools February 16, through February 22, 2020. At a national level, "Through With Chew" Week is dedicated to encouraging smokeless tobacco users to consider quitting.

SWAT Coordinator, Catherine Crinnion, played a chewing tobacco trivia game with students to test their knowledge about the dangers of chewing tobacco. SWAT members assisted with the activities and handed out information on the harmful effects of chewing tobacco. Approximately 90 students participated in the weeklong event and activities.
