Diana C. Duque, MPHDiana C. Duque, MPH

Diana Duque has been serving as Administrator of DOH-Putnam since 2021 and is also Interim Administrator for DOH-Columbia and DOH-Hamilton. Mrs. Duque began her career in public health in 2007 working as a Health Educator at DOH-Baker. She came to DOH-Alachua in 2010 as a Family Support Worker for the MomCare program and was promoted to Program Manager in 2012. For 6 years, Diana oversaw the Women Infant and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutritional Program, which staffed over 40 employees and covered a 10-county region in North Central Florida.

Diana served on the Children’s Services Advisory Board of Alachua County which gave rise to the Children’s Trust in Alachua County. She also served on the Board for the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County. She was also selected by the Department in 2019 to serve in the inaugural cohort of the Public Health Executive Leadership Program from the University of South Florida College of Public Health. She is currently the Health Officer Chair for the Circuit 7 CADR.

Diana received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2007 and a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on public health practice from the University of South Florida in 2015.
