Welcome to our Dental Services Program

Our dental facility opened in June, 2010, offering services to area children from ages 6 months to age 20 uninsured or with Medicaid coverage. We provide limited dental services for adults who meet specific financial eligibility requirements.

We pride ourselves on having a child friendly environment, providing our clients with a positive dental experience and knowledge and ability to sustain good oral health.

Dental services are offered Monday through Friday.

New patients are being accepted.

We look forward to having you as a patient!

Available Appointments 

Office Hours:

  • Monday and Tuesday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Wednesday - 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Thursday - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Please note: Our Dental office is closed every day from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

We provide flexible and convenient scheduling and same day emergency visits as needed.

Missed Appointment Policy 

If you are unable to keep the appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in changes to how your appointment is rescheduled.

Need to choose a Medicaid health plan or change your current plan?

Documents Required for Appointment 

  • Social Security Card – both parent and child. If you do not have them, please contact the local Social Security Office to obtain a card.

  • Photo I.D. (parent/guardian)

  • Childs Medicaid card if applicable

  • Legal custody papers – only if you are not the legal parent.

  • Clients may be requested to provide their financial information
