This interactive session will focus on the importance of caring for yourself while caring for baby. The session highlights the big impact healthy eating and managing stress can have on breastfeeding success and overall well-being.

  • Nutrition education for breastfeeding mothers
  • Learn about nutritious foods in the WIC Program
  • Smoothie making demonstration will use delicious and nutrient-rich WIC foods
