JOIN US!
The Florida Department of Health in Putnam County invites the public to attend this year’s Revive Awareness Day event to learn more about how to spot the signs of an overdose, how to use naloxone to reverse the effects of an overdose, and what resources and programs are available to support individuals with substance use disorder.

WHAT IS NALOXONE?
Naloxone is a medication that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose by attaching to receptors in the brain and reversing and blocking the effects of the drug.

HOW CAN I HELP?
If you know someone in need, carry naloxone and learn to administer safely. Locate naloxone providers in your area and additional resources for community support.
