Request Participation in an Event
The Florida Department of Health in Putnam County (DOH-Putnam) participates in a variety of health fairs and community events throughout the year to promote and support overall community health. To request DOH-Putnam to participate in your community event, contact Cathy Horton at 386-326-3222.
When making the request, please note the following:
- Participation in community outreach events is based on staff availability and focus area of our programs
- Requests must be made 2 weeks prior to your event
